DSR began in 1993 as the logistics arm for a national appliance chain. We became an extension of its global supply chain serving its growing market in Hawai‘i. A dedicated team was created to service in-bound processing, storage, product preparation and handling, as well as coordination of state-wide residential and commercial delivery. In essence, we became their public face, delivering and installing new appliances with the care and professionalism worthy of their brand. As our reputation for reliability grew, so did our customer base. Our success led to expanded capabilities and notable new clients including an international freight forwarder, a national department store chain and a sub-contractor for military housing. Today, our company continues to grow by serving new clients and expanding our capabilities, while maintaining our core values of efficiency, integrity, and professionalism.
